Why Volunteer with APD?

Volunteering with APD is not about charity, it is about dignity, inclusion, and shared responsibility.

For over six decades, APD has worked with persons with disabilities to build lives of independence and confidence. When you volunteer, you become part of this movement — breaking barriers, changing mindsets, and creating real opportunities.

No matter who you are — student, professional, or individual — your time, skills, and compassion can create lasting impact.

You may come to give. You will leave inspired, changed, and connected.
