Rooted in compassionate, person-centred care, it promotes independence, participation and inclusion for persons with disabilities. As part of APD’s 360-degree inclusion model, rehabilitation is delivered through coordinated multidisciplinary care, skilled professionals, therapeutic tools and innovative practices.

02
Family involvement Caregiver training and home programmes extend rehabilitation beyond individual sessions.
03
Regular review Periodic multidisciplinary reviews and standardised protocols support coordinated progress.
04
Continuity of care Support extends across school, clinic, community, home settings and tele-rehabilitation.
05
Programme integration Linkages with Early Intervention, Inclusive Education, Livelihood and LCA programmes help maintain continuity.
